Cancellation Policy

Terms for Clarity Coaching – Discover Your Path Please note the following: 1. The $90 fee for this session will be credited toward any coaching package you choose after the meeting. 2. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.  • The $90 fee is non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before the session or if you do not attend. 3. Rebooking After Cancellation:  If your Clarity Coaching session is canceled for any reason, you will need to contact the admin team to reschedule. For further coordination, please feel free to reach out to our admin team at admin@barghgir.com. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting these terms. لطفاً به موارد زیر توجه فرمایید: ۱. مبلغ پرداختی برای این جلسه، به عنوان اعتبار از هزینه نهایی پکیج کوچینگ انتخابی شما کسر خواهد شد. ۲. در صورت نیاز به کنسلی، لطفاً حداقل ۴۸ ساعت قبل از زمان تعیین‌شده به ما اطلاع دهید.  • در صورتی که کمتر از ۴۸ ساعت قبل از جلسه کنسلی انجام شود یا در جلسه شرکت نکنید، هزینه ۹۰ دلاری قابل بازگشت نخواهد بود. ۳. رزرو مجدد پس از کنسلی:  اگر جلسه شما به هر دلیلی کنسل شود، برای تعیین زمان جدید لازم است با تیم ادمین از طریق ایمیل هماهنگ کنید.   برای هماهنگی‌های بیشتر لطفاً با تیم ادمین از طریق ایمیل admin@barghgir.com در ارتباط باشید
