Cancellation Policy

Rules for the Free Discovery Call Please note the following: 1. The free discovery call is available only once. Cancellation of the Discovery Call: • If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. • If you cancel without prior notice or less than 24 hours before the session, or if you fail to attend, you will no longer be eligible to book another free discovery call. 2. Rebooking After Cancellation: If your discovery call is canceled for any reason, you will need to contact the admin team via email. In such cases, rebooking will only be possible by paying the full session fee. For further coordination, please contact the admin team at admin@barghgir.com.
